Our beef Pastrami is made in house using our secret recipe wet cure and a 6-8 hour hot smoking process. It is served on marble rye with deli mustard, plus our house made pickles on the side.

House smoked rosemary infused Turkey served with swiss cheese, lettuce tomato (in season), sliced red onion and special sauce
Italian Sub: Compass Star Style
House made Mortadella, Capicola and Tuscan Style Salami with provolone and olive/vegetable/garlic/herb relish on tangy rustic sourdough
We proudly serve Weaver's coffee. Our meats are cured and smoked in house and we strive to find local vendors for bread, wines, beers and cheeses. We are blessed in Northern California to have an abundance of real folks making incredible food and products and we try to take advantage of that as often as we can,
