Our Chef interned at the vaunted Perbacco Italian Restaurant in San Francisco, specializing in Northern Italian style salumi. All salumi, sausages and pickles are done in house to the highest standard.
Ravioli and gnocchi are also done in house. All sauces and stocks are made with classic French or Italian techniques.
Our Chef works with Farm Fresh to You to obtain high quality organic produce from local growers whenever possible and cooking seasonally and sustainably is always our first choice.
